"I recently retire from the Automotive industry after 30 years, I was shopping rates and Jeffrey Escobar with State Farm was the only paid attention to my request of no phone contact until Email contact was established, of cource being the Fleet Manager and in charge of the internet I knew what was going to happen, and it did.

After ignoring about 15 or more calls, Jeff sent me a message via text, we text for a bit, and when I called, I told him what I was paying and with whom we have at the present time, we spent about 42 minutes on the phone and he helped put together a plan that was goood for me, he actually explaned what my best options were.

I spoke with my wife overnight, and concluded this was the right move and it helped save me several hundreds of dollars.
